The product is 9 inches by 6 inches at the customer facing side. The thickness of the terminal is 1 inch at the top and 2 inches at the bottom. 


The terminal is easily wall-mountable with the 2 key holes provided. Some of our customers mount it on PVC or wooden stands made specifically for the purpose. 


A customised stand enhances the visibility of the product and improves the response rates.


The product is designed a plug-n-play model. Once the device is connected to the power, the device starts working and submits every click to our server. The embedded SIM Card connects to the nearest network available like a mobile phone.  


In case of Wi-Fi model, there are a few steps involved. The user might require a laptop or a PC to configure the terminal to the nearest WiFi network. The steps are fairly simple and can be done by a layman. 


Yes. We do provide warranty on the product for upto 1 year. The warranty is not covered in case of physical damage, wilful tampering or water intrusion in the device. 


Check whether the power adapter is connected properly and ensure that there is no  loose contact between the adapter and the wall socket
