The client is a large restaurant chain in India and they proposed to develop a mobile app for the members of a premium pub.
Madbee developed a mobile app on hybrid platform, so that the app can be managed easily on both Android as well iOS platforms.
The app had features to send offers and notifications to users. Though the app can be installed by all guests, only members had access to specific features of the app like Loyalty Points, Billing History, Special Offers, Book a Table, Book a Birthday Cake etc. The app had a robust backend using which the management can send out notifications, alerts, offers and manage bookings. The app was also integrated with their core billing system developed by a third party. Members can open the app to show a QR Code. This code will scanned at the entry to the pub, to allow only members.
The special feature of the app was that the members can invite their guests through the app. The invited guests will receive a link which will display a unique QR code. This QR code will be scanned at the entry to allow only guests with valid invite. A timer was integrated with QR to avoid the guests from misusing the QR code with just a screenshot.

The client is one of the largest telecom operators in India. They wanted to check the network speeds available at their towers, throughout the day. It is not possible to depute a huge team across the circle, just to check network speeds, at their thousands of towers.
Madbee developed an app to do speed test. The app can be installed and validated using the credentials shared by Madbee. All their employees spread at various offices in the circle were asked to instal the app. Once validated, the app shall automatically open every hour, send out a data packet to the server and then download it back. Once the speed is measured, the data along with tower location is sent to the server. The app then goes to sleep to avoid battery loss.
Immediately after implementation, huge count of data points on networks speeds was instantly available for analysis. The management had a detailed dashboard to view data of the networks speeds location wise and for specific date ranges. This crowd-sourced data was used to enhance their towers and ensure customer satisfaction.

The client is a large financial aggregator based in Vietnam and operating in 10 countries. The need was to develop their website, aggregator portal and mobile apps specific to each country.
A specific team was set up for this purpose and we went about managing each of their digital assets like website, mobile app and aggregator portals, in different languages. Agile method was used to manage the project and Changes were managed on Jira Board. Hosting of the sites was done on Amazon Web Services and secured. The digital assets relates to countries like Vietnam, India and Philippines were maintained in different servers behind firewall.
Highlight of this project is that a customised data scraping tool was developed to fetch data from hundreds of websites from multiple countries. This data is stored and processed to show the relevant offers to customers, when they visited the aggregator portal.

Our client is a parking management company operating in US and works with many of the hotels and independent parking lots. The challenge for the client was that their solution was outdated and needs to be converted to versatile platform.
The product was developed initially on Angular.JS. The client chose React.JS as the platform, since it offered much better functionality in terms of viewing data. Our team of React.js developers converted the solution to React.JS technology. The solution was developed in such a way that many features of the code can be reused within the project as well as for their other projects.

Our client is large plastic products manufacturer based in Europe and operating worldwide. Since independent ERP solutions were used in different countries, the management was unable to get a comprehensive view of the business.
Key parameters required for management were identified like stock status, sales reports, top-selling products country-wise etc. Then we went about identifying the right tool to extract data from each of the ERP solutions from each country. Specific ETL tools were used to extract and store data from SAP and other ERP solutions to a common Data WareHouse. This data was then bound with BI Tool to create insightful reports for the management. These reports were converted to PDF formats and scheduled at specific intervals for each of the stake holders. The management was able to view comprehensive reports on stock status, sales order etc, with country wise or product wise break up.

One of the largest Tamil Media companies in South India, Vikatan Publications was launching the first Graphic novel in Tamil. Apart from the printed format, they also wanted a digital version of the novel for mobile users.
We developed a mobile app suitable for Android as well as iOS on the native platforms. Any user who purchases a book can instal the app also and experience the richness of media. The digital version of the book had voice dialogues, animations, sound effects and background music. The user had option to choose English or Tamil Version of the book on the app. The dialogues and text would adopt dynamically to the language chosen. The solution had a full-fledged CMS so that the new volumes of the novels can be updated through CMS, instead of updating the app.
The special feature of the app is the gliding panel view to guide the user from one panel to the other in the story sequence, on a single click. Till date, only a very few and large comic book publishers have been able to implement this view.

The mode of engagement was built around SMS, IVR and Web forms. Robust backend functionality was able to support the millions of transactions coming in. Customers were engaged every time they refuelled and prizes were introduced to increase the participation. Customer data was collected which was used to analyse the consumer behaviour and plan the subsequent promotional campaigns.

The client had a huge team of visual merchandisers on the field across India. The merchandisers execute PoS Material at all retail outlets and submit photos as proof. The huge number of photos were submitted through whatsapp. So the trade marketing team was unable to assess the effectiveness of the execution.
Madbee developed an Android app for the merchandisers. Each merchandiser had a unique login ID. The daily field visit plan is loaded in the backend server. The merchandiser goes about the plan and captures data and photographs of the execution. The app ensures that the merchandisers had visited the outlet, since the photos can only be uploaded using the camera. Each photo was watermarked with the retail outlet name/code and date/time, for better archiving and reference. This data was collated and presented in a comprehensive dashboard to the management.
