Employee Experience at Cafeteria

Need: Bluestar one of the largest Air conditioning brands in India, wanted to capture feedback at their cafeteria to measure employee satisfaction.


Solution: Mpulse Basic was deployed across its offices in India to capture employee feedback at their cafeteria. The device was customized to have a LED Display that prominently showcases the feedback chosen by the user.

 

Outcome: They were able to capture a large amount of location wise data which improved the cafeteria quality and employee satisfaction.

Passenger Experience at Airports

Need:  Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad is one of the busiest airports in India. The need is to measure and enhance the passenger experience. 


Solution: Mpulse Basic was deployed across multiple touch points including their restrooms. The passengers can just click a smiley to register their feedback about issues like restroom cleanliness etc.

  

Outcome: They were able to capture a large amount of location wise data which improved the service quality and passenger satisfaction.

Visitor Experience at Umagine Chennai 2023

Need:  Umagine Chennai 2023 was the prestigious tech fest organised by Govt. of Tamilnadu. They wanted to ensure that the visitors had excellent experience.  


Solution: Mpulse PRO was deployed across multiple touch points including the lounges, lunch halls and convention halls. The visitors can enter their number and then click a smiley to register their feedback about arrangements at the event. 


Outcome: They were able to capture a large amount of location wise data which improved the service quality. This data was archived to ensure that the next event is organised in a much better way.
